Evaluación de mecanismos de comunicación inalámbrica para el control de un E-paper

Abstract

RESUMEN: Para este trabajo se propone el estudio de diferentes métodos de transmisión inalámbrica de datos para el control de una pantalla de tinta electrónica o e-paper, se utilizarán o bien el módulo wifi de la tarjeta NodeMCU, o uno de los transceptores, Si4432 o MRF24J40MA. El sistema se conformará por un elemento fijo que estará conectado a la red eléctrica y un elemento móvil que se alimentará con una batería y controlará la pantalla de tinta electrónica, por ello es importante tratar de reducir el consumo de este último. Finalmente se medirá tanto su alcance como su consumo para escoger el más adecuado.

ABSTRACT: For this project, it is proposed to evaluate different wireless data transmission methods to control an electronic ink display or e-paper, it will be used either the NodeMCU WiFi module or one of the transcievers, Si4432 or MRF24J40MA. The system will consist of a fixed element that will be connected to the supply grid and a mobile element that will be powered by a battery and will control the electronic ink display, therefore it is important to try to minimize the power consumption of this one. Finally, both the maximum distance and the consumption will be measured to choose the most suitable transciever.
