Modelización matemática usando GeoGebra

Abstract

RESUMEN En este trabajo se presentan algunas consideraciones teóricas para desarrollar actividades de modelización matemática en Educación Secundaria y, posteriormente, la manera de evaluarlas. El software que se utiliza para dichas actividades es GeoGebra. Además, se elabora una propuesta didáctica, basada en ese marco teórico, para implementar con alumnos de 1º de bachillerato de la materia Matemáticas Aplicadas a las Ciencias Sociales I. Se trabajan las funciones y se enseña cómo construir modelos lineales, cuadráticos y exponenciales para resolver problemas sobre situaciones reales, incluso que forman parte de su vida cotidiana.

ABSTRACT This work presents some theoretical considerations to develop mathematical modeling activities in secondary education and, subsequently, how to evaluate them. The software used for this purpose is GeoGebra. In addition, a didactic proposal is developed, based on this theoretical framework, to be implemented with high school students of the subject Mathematics Applied to the Social Sciences I. The mathematical content of Functions is treated and it is shown how to build linear, quadratic and exponential models to solve problems on real situations that may even be part of their daily lives.
