Banco de pruebas para la caracterización de sensores MEMS capacitivos bajo condiciones variables de presión, temperatura y humedad

Abstract

RESUMEN: En el presente trabajo se realiza una investigación que busca proponer mejoras en un sistema automático para el control de temperatura y la medida de presión, temperatura y humedad de un banco de pruebas de metacrilato destinado al testeo de stents inteligentes o iStents, para la medida diferencial de presión sanguínea. Esto permitirá sentar las bases para futuras ampliaciones del sistema escogido. Para ello se establecen las especificaciones fundamentales, como pueden ser rangos de temperatura y presión que debe soportar el dispositivo bajo test y se analizan diversas alternativas de sistemas de procesado de señal con osciladores controlados por capacidad, así como de métodos de control y actuación sobre la temperatura, que permitan cumplir los requerimientos anteriores.

ABSTRACT: The present work develops research that seeks to propose improvements for an automatic system for temperature monitoring and the measurement of pressure, temperature and humidity of a methacrylate test bench for testing intelligent stents or iStents for the differential measurement of blood pressure. This will allow to lay the foundations for future extensions of the chosen system. For this, the fundamental specifications of the system are established, such as temperature and pressure range that the device under test must withstand and different alternatives for the signal processing system with capacitive-controlled oscillators, as well as methods for controlling and acting on temperature that allow meeting the aforementioned requirements.
