El travel manager en España

Abstract

RESUMEN: La intermediación turística ha evolucionado especializándose en cada tipo de viajero. Los viajes de empresa o corporativos existen desde tiempos inmemorables, sin embargo, el papel del Travel Manager es de reciente creación como podremos comprobar en el desarrollo de este TFG. Es necesario explicar su historia, funciones, tipos de Travel Manager que existen. Además, se centrará el análisis en los datos del territorio español. Este proyecto contará con un estudio basado en entrevistas con directivos de las grandes agencias del sector y de varios Travel Managers. Al final de este TFG se ofrecerán las distintas conclusiones sacadas de todos los datos con la radiografía real del Travel Manager en España.

ABSTRACT: Tourism intermediation has evolved by specializing in each type of traveler. Business or Corporate travel has existed from time immemorial, however, the role of the Travel Manager is of recent creation as we will be able to see in the development of this TFG. It is necessary to explain its history, functions, types of Travel Managers that exist, and in addition to the analysis of the data focused on the territory of Spain. This project will include a study based on interviews with important travel agencies and several Travel Managers. At the end of this TFG, the different conclusions drawn from all the data will be offered with the real radiography of the Travel Manager in Spain.
