El menor y su desprotección en la ruptura sentimental

Abstract

Resumen: En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado he tenido como objetivo analizar la actualidad del sistema jurídico español, y la actuación de los tribunales, ante la delicada posición en la que se coloca a los menores cuando se produce la ruptura sentimental. Para ello he comenzado analizando las cuestiones básicas sobre el tratamiento jurídico de la ruptura sentimental, pasando a desglosar, de forma sintética, los diferentes sistemas de custodia, y analizando su aplicación práctica en la realidad social actual.

Abstract: In this Final Degree Project I have had the objective of analysing the current situation of the Spanish legal system, and the actions of the courts, in the face of the delicate position in which minors are placed when the sentimental breakdown occurs. To do this, I have begun by examining the bases of the legal treatment of the sentimental breakdown, talking in a synthetic way about the different custody systems, and analysing their practical application in current social reality.
