Transformación del espacio y análisis del polígono industrial de Heras

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo pretende realizar un análisis del espacio, donde actualmente se localiza el polígono industrial de Heras, atendiendo a las causas que llevaron a su transformación y a las actividades que se llevaron a cabo en cada periodo. Primeramente, se pretende dar una explicación de las diferentes etapas por las que ha pasado este espacio durante los siglos XIX, XX y XXI, desde sus inicios como marisma, hasta su transformación industrial. Finalmente, a través de los datos obtenidos de las empresas que se prestaron a cooperar en una encuesta, se pretende exponer cuál es la realidad actual del polígono.

ABSTRACT: The present project seek to carry out an analysis of the space, where the industrial estate of Heras is currently located, taking into account the causes that led to its transformation and the activities that were carried out in each period. First, the aim is to give an explanation of the different stages through which this space has passed during the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries, from its beginnings as a marsh space to its transformation into an industrial space. Finally, through the data obtained from the companies that volunteered to cooperate in a survey, it is intended to show what is the current reality of the polygon.
