El proceso de periurbanización del sector occidental del arco de la bahía de Santander

Abstract

RESUMEN Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene por objeto investigar las transformaciones territoriales y socioeconómicas que se producen en los municipios de Santa Cruz de Bezana, Camargo y El Astillero, enmarcados en el sector occidental del área periurbana de Santander, en una fase temporal que comprende el periodo de 1990 hasta 2020. Los objetivos son conocer la transformación urbanística y socioeconómica de estos territorios. Para ello, en primer lugar, identificaremos dichos cambios en el proceso de periurbanización, para evaluar posteriormente las posibles alternativas de intervención urbanística en estos municipios.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this Final Degree Project is to investigate the territorial and socioeconomic transformations that occur in the municipalities of Santa Cruz de Bezana, Camargo and El Astillero, framed in the western sector of the peri-urban area of Santander, in a temporal phase that includes the period of 1990 until 2020, The objectives are to know the urban and socioeconomic transformation of these territories. To do this, first of all, we will identify these changes in the peri-urbanization process, to subsequently evaluate the possible alternatives for urban intervention in these municipalities.
