Las prestaciones públicas en sanidad y la nueva financiación autonómica

Abstract

RESUMEN: En el presente trabajo se analiza, partiendo de un breve recorrido histórico por las diversas reformas de la financiación regional y sanitaria, el nuevo acuerdo de financiación general autonómica. Examinamos los principales problemas y limitaciones que presentará la financiación territorial del conjunto de competencias comunes, sanitarias y de servicios sociales, lo que no está exento de riesgos e incertidumbres. Finalmente, se cierra el trabajo con un apartado de resultados y consideraciones finales

ABSTRACT: On the basis of the recent reforms of the regional and healths expenditure financing, in the present paper is approached the analysis of the new general autonomous community financing agreement. We examine the main problems and limitations that will present the territorial financing of commons, healths and social services expenditures competitions, that isn´t free of risks and uncertainties. Finally, we close the paper with a final considerations paragraph.
