El uso de la literatura en la enseñanza del inglés

Abstract

RESUMEN Este trabajo de fin de grado trata sobre el análisis de la situación actual del uso de la literatura en la enseñanza del inglés y del impacto que han tenido las TIC sobre su uso, mediante una investigación realizada en diez colegios diferentes, de las comunidades autónomas del País Vasco y Cantabria. Para poder realizar la investigación, se han analizado tanto la evolución, las dificultades, los beneficios y funciones del uso de los textos literarios en la enseñanza del inglés, como la relación entre las TIC y la literatura en educación primaria. Finalmente, se procede a la investigación mediante un cuestionario, para comprobar cuál es la realidad que se vive en los centros y poder saber que visión tienen los docentes sobre el impacto de las TIC en el uso de la literatura en sus aulas.

ABSTRACT This degree final tesis, deals with the analysis of the current situation of the use of literature in English teaching and the impact that the ICT made in its use, through a research made in ten different schools in the autonomous communities of the Basque Country and Cantabria. In order to carry out the research, we have analyzed the evolution, the benefits and functions and the difficulties of the use of literary texts in English teaching, as well as the relationship between ICT and literature in primary education. Finally, we proceeded to research and check through a survey what is the reality that is lived in the schools, and to see what vision the teachers have about the impact of ICT on the use of literature in their classrooms.
