El derecho al honor de las personas jurídicas

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este trabajo aborda una cuestión que fue durante años objeto de controversia ¿tienen las personas jurídicas derecho al honor? Para tratar de dar respuesta a esta pregunta se ha hecho en primer lugar un repaso de los derechos de la persona en general para luego centrar la cuestión en el derecho al honor. Se ha intentado resumir y clarificar la conclusión a la que se ha llegado y se ha incluido por ser un extremo de vital importancia por su influencia, la habitual colisión entre el derecho al honor y el derecho a la información. Como punto final se ha sometido a análisis jurisprudencia que por lo que ha supuesto en este campo debía de ser incluida.

ABSTRACT: This essay addresses an issue that has been the subject of controversy for years. Are legal persons entitled to honour? To answer this question, a review of rights relating to the personality has been made in the first place, and then the focus was on the right to honour. I have just tried to summarize and clarify the conclusion reached. It has been included as being an extreme of vital importance by its influence, the usual collision between the right to honour and the right to information. As a final point, case law has been submitted for analysis which, because of its importance in this field, should be included.
