Marketing de “influencers”: análisis jurídico de la publicidad en instagram

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se centra en el análisis jurídico de la publicidad en Instagram a través de los “influencers”. Parte del concepto general de publicidad, así como de los distintos tipos de publicidad ilícita, para continuar con el análisis de los distintos tipos de publicidad en Instagram, su regulación y autorregulación a través de AUTOCONTROL y finaliza con un análisis casuístico de la actividad llevada a cabo por diferentes “influencers”, así como los límites éticos con los que se encuentra dicha actividad y una breve referencia a la comunicación publicitaria dirigida a menores de edad.

ABSTRACT: This Final Degree Project focuses on the legal analysis of advertising on Instagram through “influencers”. Part of the general concept of advertising, as well as of the different types of illegal advertising, to continue with the analysis of the different types of advertising on Instagram, its regulation and self-regulation through AUTOCONTROL and ends with a casuistic analysis of the activity carried out by different “influencers”, as well as the ethical limits with which activity is found and a brief reference to the advertising communication directed to children.
