RESUMEN: En este trabajo de fin de grado analizaremos la viabilidad de un proyecto para la creación de un hotel en Santillana del Mar. Basando tanto el concepto como el modelo de negocio en la exclusividad y búsqueda de la excelencia, garantía de calidad y mejora continua para el bienestar de nuestros clientes y satisfacción de sus necesidades, consideramos este proyecto como sinónimo de éxito, prestigio y notoriedad.
ABSTRACT: My Project and dissertation is based on a viability study to transform a property declared to be of cultural interest into a hotel.
Together with a strong economic investment, the creation of an innovative hotel concept based on exclusivity and as a guarantee of quality. The idea of locating the hotel in Santillana del Mar is based on both the geographical and tourist environment, being a very known village both national and international.
In the same line, we benefit from the historical and exclusive nature of the chosen property wich Will supply an added value to our services.
I have chosen this project because i wish to establish this model and concept of hotel business in the future. In the same way, i have based this project on my one year work experience in a hotel as well as my stay in two other hotel establishments during my interships.
