Ruta artesanal y cultural por la provincia de Toledo

Abstract

RESUMEN: La Unesco tras sus trabajos sobre la valoración del Patrimonio Material, se ha preocupado en salvaguardar el Patrimonio Inmaterial, mucho más frágil y por lo tanto más necesitado de atención para su conservación. Dentro de este Patrimonio Inmaterial se encuentra la artesanía de nuestros pueblos. Es fundamental su valoración para conseguir su permanencia y conservación. No se valora lo que no se conoce y, por tanto, es fundamental conocer para valorar y posteriormente conservar. Por esto, hemos realizado una ruta de artesanía en la provincia de Toledo, para dar a conocer mejor este importantísimo legado inmaterial que es muestra a su vez de las tres culturas que convivieron en esta ciudad en la Edad Media.

ABSTRACT: Unesco after their work on the evaluation of Material Heritage, has been concerned to safeguard the Intangible Heritage, much more fragile and therefore most in need of conservation attention. Within this Intangible Heritage is the craftsmanship of our people. Its assessment is fundamental for their permanence and conservation. It does not value what is not known and is therefore essential to know to value and subsequently keep. Therefore, we performed a craft route in the Province of Toledo, to raise awareness of this important intangible legacy that is shown in turn of the three cultures that lived in this city in the Middle Ages.
