La evolución de la mujer como sujeto de derechos en el código civil

Abstract

Resumen: Este trabajo tiene como fin poner de manifiesto la evolución jurídica de la mujer casada en la sociedad española, analizando para ello instituciones y figuras de Derecho Civil, que inequívocamente han de ir adaptándose a la realidad social y a los avances en la equiparación de derechos entre hombre y mujer. Desde la creación de Leyes especiales, hasta modificaciones del Código Civil e hasta inclusiones en la Constitución Española, la mujer ha conseguido vencer estereotipos y barreras que la ataban y relegaban hasta la consecución de una igualdad, qué si bien en muchos aspectos ha sido luchada y conseguida, en otros muchos aún queda un largo camino por recorrer.

Abstract: The aim of this work is to highlight the legal evolution of married women in Spanish society, analysing institutions and figures in Civil Law, which must unequivocally adapt to the social reality and the advances in the equality of rights between men and women. From the creation of special laws, to modifications to the Civil Code and even inclusions in the Spanish Constitution, women have managed to overcome stereotypes and barriers that tied them down and relegated them to the achievement of equality, which, although, in many aspects it has been fought for and achieved, in many others there is still a long way to go.
