RESUMEN: Con este Trabajo de Fin de Grado sobre el Camino Natural del Ebro o GR-99 se pretende analizar y conocer las cuatro primeras etapas que pasan por Cantabria. Averiguar cuál es su estado de conservación y los recursos naturales y culturales que se encuentran a su paso. El río Ebro ha sido y es el principal protagonista para el desarrollo de la vida en todas y cada una de las localidades que atraviesa. Con el Camino Natural del Ebro el senderista tiene la oportunidad de conocer y disfrutar de los parajes que el Río atraviesa y adentrarse en pueblos con una gran belleza que de otra manera no hubiese conocido. Además el Trabajo pretende detectar las carencias en su promoción turística.
ABSTRACT: This dissertation about the Camino Natural del Ebro or GR-99 aims to analyze and to present the first four phases that we can find in Cantabria. Besides it attempts to figure out which their state of preservation is as well as the natural and cultural resources that are found in its path. The River Ebro has been, and still is, the main protagonist for the development of life in each of the localities it goes through. In the Camino Natural del Ebro, any hiker has the opportunity to know and to enjoy the spots crossed by the river as well as to get into villages with of an enormous beauty that, otherwise, he would not know. Furthermore, the present dissertation aims to detect its shortage of touristic promotion as well.
