Evolución de las compañías aéreas en Cantabria y su aportación al turismo

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este Trabajo Fin de Grado se centra en la evolución de las compañías aéreas en Cantabria y su aportación al turismo de esta región. En primer lugar, se analizará el medio de transporte que eligen los turistas para visitar España y las comunidades autónomas más visitadas por los turistas así como los pasajeros que utilizaron sus aeropuertos. Para comprender su evolución, se realizará un repaso por la historia de la aviación comercial en España y del aeropuerto de Santander. Después, se analizarán tres variables de las compañías aéreas que han operado en el aeropuerto de Santander. El estudio continua con las compañías aéreas que actualmente operan en el aeropuerto, conociendo así su evolución y aportación al turismo a través de diferentes acciones. Posteriormente, se estudiará la evolución de pasajeros del aeropuerto así como de las aerolíneas. Finalmente se hace referencia al mercado de los vuelos chárter y paquetes turísticos en Santander.

ABSTRACT: This End-Of-Degree Project focuses on airlines evolution in Cantabria and its contribution to tourism in this region. First of all, means of transport, that tourists choose to visit Spain, and the most important regions visited will be analyzed as well as passengers who used their airports. In order to understand airlines evolution, a review through the history of commercial aviation in Spain and Santander airport will be done. Then, three variables of the airlines that have operated in Santander's airport will be analyzed. Research continuous with the airlines which nowadays operate at the airport, explaining its evolution and contribution to tourism through differents actions. Afterwards, the evolution of passengers and airlines will be studied. Finally, this End-Of-Degree Project makes reference to charter flights and holidays package.
