Ruta gastronómica en Santander

Abstract

RESUMEN: La gastronomía es un importante atractivo turístico para los destinos ya que está creando un interés cada vez mayor en los viajeros. Este tipo de turismo, es decir, el denominado turismo gastronómico, tiene un papel cada vez más importante en el turismo mundial ya que puede llegar a ser una fuente de crecimiento importante así como una fuente de ingresos para los destinos. Cantabria especialmente, cuenta con una gastronomía muy variada debido a su localización, ya que la comunidad autónoma presenta tanto mar como montaña, por lo tanto ofrece tanto productos de mar como productos de tierra, al igual que su capital, Santander. La ciudad ofrece una gastronomía igual de variada que la comunidad autónoma Cántabra que además se puede adaptar a todos los bolsillos y que se puede degustar en muchos de los establecimientos hosteleros repartidos por toda la ciudad. Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado, consiste en diseñar una ruta gastronómica en la ciudad de Santander para dar a conocer su oferta gastronómica además de añadir a dicha ruta un itinerario cultural que incluya los principales atractivos turísticos de la ciudad.

ABSTRACT: Gastronomy is an important tourist attraction for destinations as it is creating an increasing interest in travelers. This type of tourism, called gastronomic tourism, plays an increasingly important role in the world tourism as it can become a source of income for the destinations. Cantabria especially, has a varied cuisine due to its location, as the autonomous community presents both sea and mountain, therefore offers both sea products and land products, as well as its capital, Santander. The city offers an equally varied gastronomy that the autonomous community, Cantabria, which can also be adapted to all pockets and can be also tasted in many of the establishments located throughout the city. Therefore, the objetive of this End-of-Grade-Work, is to design a gastronomic route in the city of Santander to publicize its gastronomic offer in addition to adding to that route a cultural itinerary that includes the main tourist attractions of the city.
