El turismo musical en España: Los festivales de música

Abstract

RESUMEN: La industria del turismo ha crecido considerablemente en las últimas décadas, así mismo lo ha hecho la sociedad y con ello han aparecido nuevas tendencias turísticas e innovadoras maneras de consumir turismo. En este trabajo de fin de grado se presentará una forma rentable y atractiva de conseguir desplazar a miles de personas a un mismo punto y generar beneficio en el lugar de destino: Los festivales de música. Cada año son más las localidades en las que se celebran estos multitudinarios eventos de música en directo. Para tener en cuenta, solamente sumando los asistentes de los 50 principales festivales del país en el año 2015 superan los 3 millones de euros, datos publicados por el INE (Instituto Nacional de Estadística). Actualmente hay registrados en España entorno 1.000 festivales.

ABSTRACT: The tourism industry has grown considerably in the last decades, so has the society as well and with that new touristic tendencies and innovative ways of consuming tourism have appeared. An attractive and profitable way of managing to move thousands of persons to the same point and make profits at the destination place is introduced in this final project: Music festivals. Every year there are more cities in which this kind of huge events are celebrated. To keep in mind, only the sum of the assistants of the 50 main festivals of Spain in 2015 overtook the 3 million people, according to information published by the INE (National Institute of Statistics). Nowadays there are nearly 1.000 registered festivals.
