Turismo con animales en Cantabria

Abstract

RESUMEN: El turismo con animales se encuadra dentro del turismo de naturaleza, el cuál no para de crecer año tras año. El crecimiento de la demanda de este tipo de turismo es notable, la gente busca la tranquilidad del medio natural en sus vacaciones cada vez con más asiduidad. A lo que se le suma la observación y disfrute tanto de la flora como de la fauna. De aquí nace la necesidad de mostrar que es posible disfrutar de un turismo con animales de una manera responsable. Gracias a los profesionales en la materia y a una continua educación, se puede actuar de una manera consciente en el medio ambiente. Siempre bajo el respeto necesario para desplazarse por el medio natural. Para demostrar que este turismo responsable es el futuro tanto de Cantabria como de España, se llevará a cabo un estudio de la oferta y la demanda con la que cuenta. Asimismo, se realizara una encuesta y una entrevista para dar un punto de vista tanto objetivo como subjetivo.

ABSTRACT: The development of the ever-growing nature tourism trend has become more and more prominent over the years, with people becoming increasingly interested in wildlife tourism. The greater demand in this type of tourism is no longer just linked with the search of peace and serenity, but also with understanding and experiencing nature and its wildlife. Thus, finding a way for people to partake in these activities in a responsible manner is a necessity. Only with the help of professionals in this field and the continuous education of the younger generation can we ensure that everyone acts in a conscious and respectful way towards nature. Hence, the purpose of this dissertation is to show that it is possible to enjoy wildlife tourism in a responsible way, and that it can be part of both Cantabria and Spain´s future. To do so, I will conduct a study of the supply and demand, as well as a poll and an interview that will give both a subjective and objective point of view on the matter.
