Turismo slum

Abstract

RESUMEN: La idea de hacer tours en barrios desfavorecidos no es nueva, pues lleva a la venta más de cuarenta años. A pesar de ello, no es mucha la información que se encuentra en España acerca de su historia, cómo realizarlo o las empresas que lo ofertan. En el presente proyecto se pretende mostrar los destinos en los que es común la realización del turismo slum, analizar las empresas que lo ofertan y concluir si el mismo es ético, a partir de la realización de encuestas y entrevistas, y la búsqueda de testimonios de turistas.

ABSTRACT: The idea of doing tours through slums is not new, cause it is on sale since more than forty years. In spite of this, there is not much information in Spain about its history, how to practice it or the companies that offer it. The purpose of this dissertation is to show the destinations where is commonpracticing slum tourism, to analyze the companies that offer it and to conclude if it is ethic, beginning with the realization of polls and interviews, and the questing of testimonies of tourists.
