Análisis turístico del municipio de Villaescusa

Abstract

RESUMEN: Hoy en día el turismo es uno de los principales motores económicos de España. Por ello es importante exprimir al máximo el potencial de los diferentes destinos para atraer un mayor número de turistas. Villaescusa es un pueblo de Cantabria donde se encuentra el Parque de la Naturaleza de Cabárceno, uno de los recursos turísticos más importantes de la región. Pero a pesar de ello, los ingresos del pueblo por parte de estos visitantes no son elevados puesto que no consumen en el municipio. Se ha realizado un análisis de los diferentes recursos potenciales de la zona, adentrándonos en el turismo de minas y turismo de naturaleza. Para ello se han realizado diferentes encuestas y entrevistas a profesionales del turismo. De esta forma, a lo largo del Trabajo de Fin de Grado se recoge un cúmulo de historia del valle, productos turísticos, recursos potenciales, análisis de oferta y demanda y propuestas finales.

ABSTRACT: Nowadays tourism is one of the main economic engines of Spain. Therefore it is important to maximize the potential of different destinations to attract a greater number of tourists. Villaescusa is a town in Cantabria where Cabárceno Nature Park is located, one of the most important tourist resources of the region. But despite this, the income of the town by these visitors is not high since they do not consume in the municipality. An analysis of the different potential resources of the area has been made, going into mining tourism and nature tourism. To this end, different surveys and interviews have been conducted with tourism professionals. In this way, throughout the End of Degree Work a collection of valley history, tourism products, potential resources, analysis of supply and demand and final proposals are collected.
