Recursos enológicos en Cantabria

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este trabajo se ha investigado y se describen por comarcas las bodegas más destacas así como las destilerías, fábricas de productos típicos o lugares donde disfrutar de la gastronomía de Cantabria, además en ellas se describen las actividades turísticas que realizan. En el análisis se describen los tipos de uva que se cultivan en Cantabria y los vinos que se producen, así como las condiciones atmosféricas y la calidad del terreno que hacen que se pueda llevar a cabo un tipo de cultivo u otro. Se enuncian los diferentes productos típicos que se pueden encontrar en las diferentes áreas y los lugares que ofrecen visitas para conocer el proceso de fabricación y producción de los mismos. El trabajo se concluye con una propuesta de guía turística de enoturismo en Cantabria que además de dar a conocer las bodegas de cada comarca, también muestra otros recursos turísticos ligados a la gastronomía que se pueden disfrutar.

ABSTRACT: In this study, the most outstanding wineries and distilleries, factories of typical products as well as places where enjoy Cantabria gastronomy have been investigated and described. Moreover, it is also explained which tourist activities are carried out. This analysis describes the different types of grapes grown in Cantabria and what wines are produced with them. Furthermore, it is also explained how atmospheric conditions and ground quality influences the type of cultivation. Additionally, it is enunciated the typical products that you could find in different areas, as well as what places offer visits to learn about their manufacturing production. Finally, this work is concluded with a proposal for a wine tourist guide within Cantabria, which announces different wineries of each region, but also shows other tourist resources of gastronomy that can be enjoyed.
