Análisis turístico del Año Jubilar Lebaniego 2017-2018

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este trabajo sobre el análisis turístico del Año Santo Jubilar 2017-2018, tiene como fin analizar la oferta y demanda turística del Año Santo Jubilar. Tanto por el Gobierno de Cantabria, a través de sus diferentes organismo, por la Diócesis de Santander, como por empresas privadas, agrupaciones locales, asociaciones de hostelería… También, gracias a mi puesto de trabajo en la Oficina de Atención al Peregrino de Potes, se ha podido plasmar muchos de los casos allí vividos, tanto en actos de promoción, como en presentaciones de infraestructuras. También hemos podido recoger opiniones en primera persona de peregrinos y visitantes que realizan el Camino y usan por primera vez las diferentes apps, páginas web, y demás facilidades, o impedimentos que encuentran a lo largo del Camino. Es importante destacar que esta promoción, en cuanto a nivel gubernamental, ha dependido de dos consejerías, la antigua Consejería de Turismo, Industria y Comercio, actual Consejería de Educación, Formación Profesional y Turismo, y por otro lado de Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Deporte, actual Consejería de Universidades, Igualdad, Cultura y Deporte. Las direcciones generales de turismo y de cultura han sido las que han tenido que ir de la mano en este proyecto. Se creó la Sociedad Año Jubilar 2017, actual Fundación Camino Lebaniego, pero aun así han sido muchos los ámbitos en los que han tenido que seguir colaborando juntos en la promoción de este evento. Los datos para realizar este trabajo han sido recogidos en su gran mayoría durante el Año Jubilar Lebaniego 2017 y en los años posteriores.

ABSTRACT: This work on the tourist analysis of the Jubilee Holy Year 2017-2018, aims to analyze the tourist supply and demand of the Jubilee Holy Year. Both by the Government of Cantabria, through its different agencies, by the Diocese of Santander, private companies, local groups, hostelry associations... Also, thanks to my job at the Potes Pilgrim's Care Office, many of the cases lived there have been able to be embodied, both in promotional events and in infrastructure presentations. We have also been able to collect first-person reviews of pilgrims and visitors who make the Way and use for the first time the different apps ,websites, and other facilities or impediments that they encounter along the way. It is important to note that this promotion, in terms of government level, has depended on two counsels. The old counseling of tourism, industry and commerce, now, Counseling of Education, Professional Training and Tourism, and on the other hand, the counseling of Education, Culture and Sports, currently the counseling of Universities, Equality, Culture and Sports. The general directions of tourism and culture have been the ones that have had to go together in this project. The Jubilee Year Society 2017 was created, current “Camino Lebaniego” Foundation, but there have still been many areas in which they have had to continue collaborating together in the promotion of this event. The data to carry out this work have been collected for the most part during the Lebaniego Jubilee Year in 2017 and in the following years.
