Análisis y comparativa de la normativa de las comunidades Autónomas sobre municipios turísticos.

Abstract

RESUMEN: La legislación turística marca el ámbito de actuación para todo tipo de empresas privadas y públicas, muchas de estas legislaciones autonómicas han ido evolucionando y reinventándose para definir mejor sus competencias, la figura de municipio turístico está presente en muchas de ellas, pero el concepto y sus condiciones son muy variables y diferentes en cada una de ellas. Es por este hecho, que se analizaran las legislaciones autonómicas y sus particularidades. Para conseguir ofrecer una visión más practica se analizarán dos ejemplos y se contrastarán con la legislación en cuestión.

ABSTRACT: The tourist legislation marks the scope of action for all kinds of private and public companies, many of these autonomous legislations have been evolving and reinventing themselves to better define their competences, the figure of tourist municipality is present in many of them, but the concept and its conditions are highly variable and different in each of them. It is for this fact that the autonomous legislations and their particularities are analyzed.
