Plan de viabilidad de apartamentos turísticos en Isla

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado consiste en diseñar un plan de viabilidad de unos apartamentos turísticos en la localidad cántabra de Isla, enclavado en un entorno natural y rural, sito en la zona del casco histórico de este pueblo, al que se añade un atractivo más, estar ubicado a tan solo 7 kilómetros de la playa. Para llevar a cabo el citado plan, que surge tras la compra de un terreno en la mencionada población, hemos de hacer un estudio sobre el mercado y la competencia, definir nuestro objetivo principal, conocer el tipo de turismo que se interesa por esta zona, analizar los aspectos jurídicos de este tipo de establecimientos, proponer un plan de marketing y, finalmente, un plan económico financiero. El objetivo principal de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado es demostrar que estos apartamentos turísticos son viables. El producto que nosotros vamos a ofrecer es alojamiento y tendrá otros servicios complementarios que, sin duda, aumentará su venta. La zona de Isla es muy demandada por los turistas y aunque exista competencia, nosotros utilizaremos una estrategia de marketing para potenciar la venta de nuestra apuesta turística.

ABSTRACT: End of Degree Project consists of designing a viability plan for tourist apartments in the Cantabrian town of Isla, located in a natural and rural environment, in the area of the historical center of this town, to which an additional attraction is added, being located only 7 kilometers from the beach. In order to carry out the mentioned plan , that arises after the purchase of a land in the mentioned population, we have to make a study on the market and the competition, to define our main objective, to know the type of tourism that is interested in this zone, to analyze the legal aspects of this type of establishments, to propose a plan of marketing and, finally, a financial economic plan. The main objective of this End of Degree Project is to demonstrate that these tourist apartments are viable. The product that we are going to offer is accommodation and will have other complementary services that, without a doubt, will increase its sale. The area of Isla is very demanded by tourists and although there is competition, we will use a marketing strategy to boost the sale of our tourist bet.
