RESUMEN: El motivo principal de este proyecto “Creación de una empresa de catering” es una empresa familiar con una gran trayectoria en el sector de la restauración que viéndose amenazada por la crisis, busca una alternativa de negocio adaptándose a los nuevos nichos de mercado.
Para desarrollar este plan de negocio realizaremos un Plan de Empresa, donde se estudiará la viabilidad técnica, económica y financiera de la misma. También se comentarán todos los pasos a dar para convertir este proyecto en una realidad del sector.
ABSTRACT: The main goal of this project consists on "Creating a catering business" it is a family business with a great trajectory in the catering industry that is being affected by the economic crisis, and for this reason we are trying to find an alternative solution to the current situation and at the same time adapt to the new market niches. In order to develop this business plan, we are going to make a Company Plan, that will include the technical, economical and financial feasibility of this project, and we will also include all the necessary steps to make this project idea a reality.
