Proyecto de remotorización de un yate

Abstract

RESUMEN. En este proyecto se tratará la remotorización de un yate y el rediseño de ciertos elementos contiguos al motor como pueden ser los escapes o los apoyos del motor todo ello bajo el amparo y la aprobación de la sociedad clasificatoria a la que pertenece el yate. Este yate tendrá dos motores de 651kW a 2200 rpm y se buscará colocar otros dos motores de una casa constructora diferente de características similares a los actuales para que se puedan ajustar lo máximo posible a los parámetros actuales del motor. De igual manera, habrá que estudiar el posible cambio de la reductora en el caso de que el par sea mayor que el de esta. Se llevará a cabo una memoria descriptiva en la que se detallan y analizan todos los elementos que tendrán influencia en el diseño del proyecto. Así mismo se hará una introducción a los motores marinos, en este caso de 4 tiempos, a su clasificación, a su normativa y a su chárter. En el desarrollo, se realizarán una serie cálculos y planos con el fin de conocer los nuevos parámetros del motor y ajustar estos nuevos motores en los espacios actuales.

ABSTRACT. In this project, the remotorization of a yacht and the redesign of certain elements adjacent to the engine, such as the exhausts or the engine supports, will be dealt with, all under the protection and approval of the classification society to which the yacht belongs. This yacht will have two engines of 651kW at 2200 rpm and it will be sought to place two other engines from a different construction company with similar characteristics to the current ones so that they can be adjusted as much as possible to the current parameters of the engine. Similarly, it will be necessary to study the possible change of the gearbox in the event that the torque is greater than that of the gearbox. A descriptive report will be carried out, detailing and analysing all the elements that will influence the design of the project. Also an introduction to the marine engines in this case 4 stroke and the working method of the yacht, which is charter. In the development, a series of calculations and drawings will be made in order to know the new engine parameters and to adjust these new engines in the current spaces.
