RPA: Robot generador de informes

Abstract

RESUMEN: A lo largo de los años las personas nos hemos dedicado a hacer todo tipo de tareas, desde tareas creativas e innovadoras, hasta tareas repetitivas y tediosas. Por ello es necesario que el ser humano pueda reservar su juicio y energía para tareas que lo requieran, en vez de hacer un gran desgaste llevando a cabo una tarea monótona y recurrente. En concreto, las empresas necesitan aprovechar al máximo sus trabajadores, delegando todas estas tareas a una tecnología que sea capaz de hacerlas de una manera efectiva. Así, al cliente le surge la necesidad de robotizar un proceso que actualmente se está llevando a cabo de manera manual. La Automatización Robótica de Procesos (RPA) es una tecnología capaz de lidiar con este escenario. Esta tecnología te permite realizar todas estas tareas corporativas rutinarias, replicando las acciones llevadas a cabo por un ser humano mediante un uso del software con el objetivo de reducir la intervención del mismo. En este proyecto se tratarán problemáticas reales que se deberán de analizar y estudiar, y posteriormente mitigar gracias al uso de este software.

ABSTRACT: Throughout the years mankind has carried out different types of tasks from creative and innovative tasks to repetitive and tedious. Therefore, it is necessary for human beings to preserve their energy and judgment for the works that require it instead of working it by carrying out recurrent and monotonous duties. To be specific, companies need to make the most of their work force and delegate all of these tasks via technology that can perform them to a more effective standard. Thus, needs to robotize a process that is currently being carried out manually. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a technology capable of dealing with this scenario. This technology you to perform all these routine corporate tasks, replicating the actions carried out by an employee through the use of the software with the aim of reducing the human intervention of the same. This project will address real problems that need to be analysed, studied, and ultimately mitigated by the use of this software.
