Modelos de ecuaciones diferenciales para la infección por VIH y su tratamiento

Abstract

RESUMEN: Estudiaremos los modelos originales propuestos por Alan S. Perelson y David D. Ho (junto a su equipo) a partir de 1995, para tratar de entender la infección del virus del SIDA en el organismo, tanto desde el punto de vista teórico como computacional. También analizaremos los efectos de diferentes terapias, que han dado lugar a los tratamientos actuales.

ABSTRACT: We will study the original models proposed by Alan S. Perelson and David Ho (and their team) in 1995, in order to undestand HIV's infection in our body, both numerically and theoretically. We will also analize the effects of antiretroviral therapies, which have led to current treatments.
