Resumen/Abstract
RESUMEN: El nuevo artículo 108.3 LJCA introduce en el ordenamiento jurídico español la obligación del órgano judicial de velar porque antes de la ejecución de sentencias que ordenen el derribo de inmuebles estén previamente garantizadas las indemnizaciones debidas a terceros de buena fe titulares de derechos sobre los mismos.
 
ABSTRACT: The new article 108.3 LJCA introduces into the Spanish legal system the obligation of the justice court to ensure that prior to the execution of judgments ordering the demolition of real property, damages must be previously guaranteed due to bona fide third parties holding rights over them.
