Implementación de la metodología BIM en la construcción de un castillete minero

Abstract

RESUMEN: La metodología BIM es una herramienta que ha tomado gran importancia a nivel mundial debido a la multitud de ventajas que aporta elaborando proyectos de elevada calidad, la que se podría considerar la mejor de sus virtudes junto con el ahorro económico y de tiempo, su introducción en España va con retraso y está claro que su introducción debe darse cuanto antes si no quiere quedarse rezagado respecto al resto de países, por ese motivo se decide realizar este proyecto de investigación sobre la implementación de esta metodología en el sector minero desarrollando un modelo de diseño de un castillete minero de acceso a las labores subterráneas. La primera parte de este trabajo consiste en un estudio sobre la información más relevante sobre el BIM que está reflejado en la memoria, creando así una base sobre el concepto que supone esta metodología y poder entrar en el segundo apartado, el estudio del uso de una herramienta BIM, en este caso Revit de Autodesk con una licencia para estudiantes, con esta herramienta se realiza el modelo de diseño del castillete y emplazamiento cuyas etapas consisten en el diseño del terreno a partir de un mapa topográfico de la zona de interés, con los movimientos de tierras y adecuamiento del terreno necesario para la posterior colocación de la estructura del castillete, diseño y colocación de la estructura en el emplazamiento elegido y por ultimo tareas de diseño de elementos que convierten el diseño en un proyecto más visual e interesante. Por último, se realiza un estudio aproximado de los costes que pueden suponer las labores anteriores

ABSTRACT: The BIM methodology is a tool that has taken on great importance worldwide due to the multitude of advantages it provides by developing high-quality projects, which could be considered the best of its virtues together with the economic and time savings, its introduction in Spain is late and it is clear that its introduction must be given as soon as possible if it does not want to lag behind the rest of the countries, for that reason it was decided to carry out this research project on the implementation of this methodology in the mining sector developing a design model of a mining tower of access to the underground workings. The first part of this work consists of a study on the most relevant information about BIM that is reflected in the memory, thus creating a basis on the concept that this methodology implies and being able to enter the second section, the study of the use of a BIM, in this case Autodesk Revit with a license for students, with this tool the design model of the tower is made and the location of the stages consists of the design of the terrain from a topographic map of the area of interest, with the movements of land and adaptation of the land necessary for the subsequent placement of the structure of the tower, design and placement of the structure in the chosen location and finally, design tasks of elements that represent the design in a more visual and interesting project. Finally, an approximate study of the costs that the previous tasks may entail is carried out.
