Herramienta para escribir CVNs

Abstract

RESUMEN: Escribir y redactar Currículos adaptados para investigadores puede ser un proceso complejo y tedioso debido a la cantidad de plantillas, formatos y estándares que hay para escribirlos. Por otro lado, hay muchas páginas web donde los investigadores pueden escribir sus publicaciones, y luego puede resultar costoso recoger de todas las webs la documentación necesaria para poder escribir tu currículo. Con este proyecto se intenta mejorar la experiencia de los usuarios a la hora de escribir sus currículos en el formato adecuado. El principal objetivo de este proyecto es facilitar la escritura de los currículos vitae normalizados para investigadores. Gracias a una serie de plantillas normalizadas, el usuario redactará su currículo en un formulario, de una forma sencilla y muy intuitiva. Dicho formulario irá guiando al usuario a través de la plantilla del currículo. Una vez que se haya redactado el currículo, el usuario podrá exportarlo a formato pdf o formato Word (.doc), para un futuro uso del currículo ya redactado. También se podrá guardar la plantilla en un formato adaptado para que el programa pueda leer dicha plantilla, para que el usuario pueda seguir editándola posteriormente. A parte de facilitar la redacción de cvn mediante plantillas, la principal característica de este programa es la incorporación de un sistema de búsqueda de publicaciones y artículos en las principales bases de datos que usan las webs más importantes para alojar las publicaciones científicas. La aplicación cumple con una interfaz lo más limpia e intuitiva, sin ningún elemento que pueda distraer al usuario del proceso de escribir su cvn. Cada menú y cada opción están situados de forma que sea fácil su manejo y al usuario no le parezca complicado navegar a través de las pantallas y menús de la aplicación. No se requiere de ninguna instalación para poder usar el programa, lo que es una gran ventaja a la hora de usarlo en cualquier ordenador sin ningún problema ni perder tiempo instalando el software.

ABSTRACT: Writing a normalized Curriculum for scientists and researchers can be a complex process due to the amount of templates, formats and standards you can choose for write the Curriculum. Other problem is that there are a lot websites where researchers can publish their research and publications, and then it can be difficult recolet all this information from websites and write it into your Curriculum. In this Project I try to improve the user’s experience when they write the Curriculums in a correct way. With some normalized templates, users will be able to write the Curriculum in a simple and intuitive form. The user could follow the form to fill it and complete the Curriculum. Once the user has filled the Curriculum’s form, he will be able to export the template to pdf or doc format to use it in the future. Also, the user can save the template in a adapted way which the program could read again and edit it later. Aside from facilitating the writing of the Curriculum using the templates, the main feature of this program is a system which the users can search their articles and publications on the most important scientific databases and attach its to their Curriculums. The program has a simple and intuitive user interface, without any element that can distract the user of his Curriculum’s writing process. Each menu and option are situate on the best position where the user can find its easly and quickly. The program does not require any process of installation to use it, and this is a big advantage when the user need to use it.
