Auditoría administrativa. Aplicación a un proyecto en una empresa de consultoría

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo se realiza en base a la exigencia, por parte de una importante empresa comercializadora de energía y gas, de una auditoría administrativa como medida de control y análisis de satisfacción de los objetivos propuestos, la supervisión de las tareas delegadas y los posibles planes de mejora que se puedan implantar en la entidad dedicada a la consultoría de negocios “EBPO SLU”. Se propondrá un marco teórico en el que se definirá el concepto de auditoría administrativa, cuáles son los objetivos y cómo se fijan, el alcance que va a tener, qué tipos de auditor las pueden realizar y sus características y la metodología utilizada para llevarla a cabo. Además, se enumerarán las fases y contenido de cada una de ellas. A continuación, se aplicará al CAU de Ventas de GYER en base a una serie de objetivos marcados por el cliente, en la que se detallará cuáles son los puntos fuertes y débiles del proyecto, se propondrán un conjunto de mejoras en función de los hallazgos descubiertos y un ejemplo de un informe de auditoría administrativa. Cabe destacar que se trata de un estudio real, adaptado a las exigencias de un trabajo universitario. El examen se ha realizado en paralelo a las prácticas académicas que me encuentro realizando en la compañía auditada durante los tres últimos meses.

ABSTRACT: ABSTRACT: The present paper is based on the requirement, by an important energy and gas marketing company, of an administrative audit as a control measure and analysis of the proposed objectives satisfaction, the supervision of the delegated tasks and the possible improvement plans that can be implemented in the entity dedicated to the business consulting "EBPO SLU". A theoretical framework will be proposed in which the concept of administrative audit will be defined, as well as the main objectives and how they are set, the scope that will have, what types of auditors can perform them and their characteristics and the methodology used in order to carry them out. In addition, the phases and content of each one of them will be listed. Following, it will be applied to GYER's Sales CAU based on a series of objectives set by the client, which will detail the strengths and weaknesses of the project and propose a set of improvements based on the findings and an example of a management audit report. It should be noted that this is a real study, but adapted to the requirements of a university project. The examination has been carried out in parallel with the academic internships that I have been doing in the audited company during the last three months.
