Bonos verdes: situación actual y recomendaciones para el crecimiento de su mercado

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este TFG ofrece una amplia imagen del actual estado de los bonos verdes. Empieza explicando los aspectos más conceptuales, las normas que debe seguir y los diferentes tipos de bono verde que existen. Se analiza también el mercado de los bonos verdes y el proceso de emisión. De una forma subjetiva, se analizan las ventajas y desventajas para emisores e inversores, y se detallan los principales desafíos a los que el mercado de los bonos verdes tiene que hacer frente. Finalmente, ofrezco mi punto de vista de cuáles serían las mejores soluciones para hacer crecer el mercado y que estos bonos puedan desbloquear todo su potencial.

ABSTRACT: This TFG provides a broad picture of the current state of green bonds. It begins by explaining the more conceptual aspects, the rules to follow and the different types of green bonds that exist. It also analyzes the green bond market and the issuance process. From my point of view, I analyze the advantages and disadvantages for issuers and investors, and the main challenges that the green bond market has to face are detailed. Finally, I offer my point of view on what would be the best solutions to make the market grow so that these bonds can unlock their full potentia
