El contrato de franquicia. Un análisis de actualidad

Abstract

RESUMEN: La franquicia como modelo económico ha experimentado un elevado crecimiento desde mediados del siglo XX hasta la actualidad. Buena muestra de ello son las numerosas tiendas y locales que invaden nuestras ciudades y sus periferias. Con esta fórmula de negocio los beneficios sociales que este supone son de una trascendencia significativa para una sociedad en constante crecimiento y evolución, cabe citar, entre otros, los propios del ámbito laboral, generando multitud de puestos de trabajo. Además del laboral existen otros beneficios sociales tales como la inversión que genera o el factor recaudatorio en relación con los tributos que produce. Este trabajo tiene la intención de presentar la franquicia a partir de los diferentes conflictos que se originan entre las partes, sin dejar de lado su estructura y funcionamiento para una mayor comprensión del origen de estos conflictos.

ABSTRACT: The franchise as an economical model has developed an increased growth since the middle of the twentieth century until the present day. A great simple of it is are numerous shops that have taken over our cities and their suburbs. With this business formula, the social benefits that it entails are of significant transcendence for a society that is in constant development and evolution, as could be among others the work environment, generating a multitude of jobs. Apart from the work environment, there are other social benefits such as the generated investment or the collection factor in relation to the tributes that it produces. This project intends to show franchises from the conflict resolutions that are originated between the parts, franchisor and franchisee, without leaving aside its structure and performance for a better comprehension of the origins of these conflicts.
