dc.description.abstractRESUMEN: El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar el tratamiento legal de los animales en nuestra sociedad actual, reflexionando tanto sobre su tratamiento en la antigüedad como de la posición jurídica que ostentan estos en la actualidad, haciendo una especial referencia a la resolución de las crisis matrimoniales en las que interviene con gran relevancia la figura de las mascotas.es_ES
