| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: La trata de mujeres se presenta como un problema con un fuerte arraigo social, puesto que ha estado latente en nuestra sociedad durante décadas y ha sido objeto de regulación en diferentes instrumentos internacionales. Pese a la lucha conjunta e individual de los países europeos para frenar la trata de mujeres y, por ende, la explotación sexual de las víctimas de trata, estamos ante un problema difícil de erradicar. Frente a esto, observamos como en Europa se adoptan diferentes posiciones encaminadas a frenar la trata de mujeres y la explotación sexual, a través de la regulación, prohibición, abolición o reglamentación de la prostitución.
ABSTRACT: Trafficking in women is presented as a problem with strong social roots, since it has been latent in our society for decades and has been subject to regulation in different international instruments. Despite the joint and individual struggle of European countries to curb trafficking in women and, therefore, the sexual exploitation of victims of trafficking, we are facing a problem that is difficult to eradicate. Faced with this, we observe how in Europe different positions are adopted aimed at stopping trafficking in women and sexual exploitation, through the regulation, prohibition, abolition or regulation of prostitution. | es_ES |
