Turismo y desarrollo sostenible: importancia de cuidar el medio ambiente

Abstract

RESUMEN: El excesivo nivel de gases nocivos generados por la actividad humana ha hecho saltar las alarmas en numerosas ocasiones ya que está agravando, en gran medida, las consecuencias del cambio climático, superando incluso las estimaciones llevadas a cabo por los organismos internacionales. En este contexto, con este Trabajo Fin de Grado se pretende concienciar a la sociedad de la importancia que tienen los ecosistemas, prestando especial atención a cómo el cambio climático dificulta el logro del desarrollo sostenible en el planeta. Por otro lado, se lleva a cabo un estudio de la evolución del sector turístico en Europa con el fin de reflejar la necesidad de abandonar el turismo masivo y apostar por otro más sostenible.

ABSTRACT: The excessive level of harmful gases generated by human activity has set the alarm bells ringing on numerous occasions due to it is greatly aggravating the consequences of climate change, even exceeding the estimates carried out by international organisations. In this context, this Final Degree Project aims to make society aware of the importance of ecosystems, paying special attention to how climate change makes it difficult to achieve sustainable development on the planet. On the other hand, it is studied the evolution of the tourism sector in Europe in order to reflect the need to abandon mass tourism and bet on a more sustainable one.
