Gestión e innovación de puertos deportivos

Abstract

RESUMEN En este trabajo académico abordaremos varios temas, primeramente daremos una definición y clasificación de los tipos de puertos deportivos, así como los tipos de gestión, para después seguir con el marco legal y analizando cuál ha sido la evolución legislativa en cuanto al sector portuario, donde evidentemente se encuentran los puertos deportivos, sin olvidarnos del ámbito europeo para conocer la situación comunitaria y posteriormente de la gestión Autonómica, haciendo una comparativa entre aquellas que ocupan la costa española.

Seguidamente, trataremos sobre legislación medioambiental y las distintas medidas ambientales para no contribuir a la contaminación marina y conseguir una mayor gestión ambiental.

Después indicaremos cual es el proceso y los requisitos para poder ser condecorado con la bandera azul de calidad ambiental.

Posteriormente, abordaremos el mundo de los servicios ofrecidos por el puerto analizando un poco cada uno de ellos. E indagaremos en la prevención de riesgos y la lucha contra la contaminación accidental.

Por último hablaremos sobre las energías renovables en general, viendo si alguna podría adaptarse para el uso en un puerto deportivo, pero sobretodo nos centraremos en la energía hidroeléctrica, ya que es el medio en el que nos movemos.

ABSTRACT

In this academic work we will deal with several issues, first we will give a definition and classification of the types of marinas, as well as the types of management, and then we will continue with the legal framework and analyzing what has been the legislative evolution regarding the port sector, - 3 - where obviously are the marinas, without forgetting the European level to know the community situation and then the Autonomic management, making a comparison between those that occupy the Spanish coast.

Next, we will discuss environmental legislation and the different environmental measures for not to contribute to marine pollution and achieve greater environmental management.

Then we will indicate what is the process and the requirements to be awarded with the blue flag of environmental quality.

Later, we will approach the world of the services offered by the port, analyzing a little each one of them. And we will investigate in the prevention of risks, and the fight against accidental contamination.

Finally we will talk about renewable energy in general, seeing if any could be adapted for use in a marina, but above all we will focus on hydroelectric energy, since it is the medium in which we move
