El Brexit ¿un gol en fuera de juego?

Abstract

El artículo 50 del TUE se ha aplicado por primera vez con la salida del RU de la UE. Precisamente por ello se han planteado numerosas cuestiones jurídicas que deben ser respondidas. Con este objetivo hemos comenzado estudiando la relación que ha mantenido el RU en el tiempo con la UE, para posteriormente centrarnos en el análisis del art. 50 TUE y de la problemática que ha planteado su aplicación al Brexit. Todo ello nos ha permitido hacer una propuesta de art. 50 TUE con la pretensión de clarificar, simplificar y resolver a futuro todas las cuestiones planteadas.

Is the first time that the article 50 TEU has been applied with the exit of the UK out of the EU. Precisely that’s why, a wide range of legal questions have arised and they must be answered. With that objective in mind we have begun to study the relationship between UK and EU along the time, to focus lately on the analysis of the art. 50 TEU and the problematic about its application in the Brexit. With all of that bearing in mind , that has allow us to table a personal proposal in order to clarify , simplify and solve in the future all the questions that have emerged
