Los trabajadores migrantes y sus derechos

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este trabajo de fin de grado se expone todos los derechos y libertades reconocidos y garantizados a un trabajador migrante. Por consiguiente, se tendrán en cuenta las diferentes legislaciones que los regulan y si su condición regular o irregular permite el ejercicio de dichos derechos. Con todo ello, se pone de manifiesto las desigualdades ante la Ley, así como las diferencias entre el trato, entre los nacionales y los no nacionales, desde el punto de vista laboral.

ABSTRACT: This end-of-grade work exposes all recognized and guaranteed rights to a migrant worker. Therefore, the different laws governing them will be taken into account and whether their regular or irregular condition allows the exercise of such rights. Having in mind all this, it highlights the equalities in the Law, as well as the differences between nationals and non-nationals, from a job point of view.
