Impacto del covid-19 en los recursos humanos y la administracion del personal

Abstract

RESUMEN: Desde finales del año pasado, todos los países se han visto obligados, de forma repentina, a cesar sus actividades económicas y tomar medidas de confinamiento entre su población, para paliar los daños económicos y humanos producidos por el Covid-19, que los expertos creen que serán peores que la última crisis de 2008. En primer lugar, veremos el origen del SARS-CoV-2 y su impacto socioeconómico a nivel mundial, y se comparará con otras enfermedades que también afectaron al mundo entero. Todo ello acompañado de gráficos donde se apreciará la evolución diaria en todo el mundo. Y, en segundo lugar, nos centraremos en el objetivo de este trabajo que es analizar las medidas tomadas por los diferentes países, centrando nuestra atención en España, donde se estudiará el impacto que ha tenido en los trabajadores, en sus derechos, en sus contratos y en su forma de trabajar, y hablaremos de las ayudas económicas que han recibido ante esta situación. Por otro lado, estudiaremos las medidas tomadas por las empresas, como el teletrabajo, los ERTEs o la jornada irregular entre otros; veremos también las pérdidas económicas que han sufrido como consecuencia del coronavirus, y también analizaremos las ayudas económicas recibidas por el gobierno de España, así como por el gobierno de Cantabria.

ABSTRACT: Since the end of last year, every country have been suddenly forced to terminate their economic activities and take lockdown measures among population, to decrease the economic and human damages produced by the Covid-19. Besides, experts think that it will be worse than the 2008’s crisis. First of all, we will see the beginninf of SARS-CoV-2 and its socioeconomic global impact. That will be compared to other diseases that affected the entire world some time ago. Additionally, there will be graphs to explain the daily evolution of that diseases and the incidences all over the world. Secondly, we will focus on the main objective of this paper: to analyze the measures taken by the different countries, focusing on Spain. It will study the impact on employees, on their lobour rights, on their employment contract and their way of working. Also, it will make known the grants that the employees have received in this situation. Moreover, it will disclose the measures taken by companies, such as working from home, temporary layoff of staff and irregular working hours, among others. Finally, it will see the economic losses caused by the coronavirus, and it will also analyze the grants received by the government of Spain, as well as, by the government of Cantabria.
