RESUMEN Esta investigación trata de acometer la problemática que supone el acoso escolar en los centros educativos. Para ello, en este trabajo se irán analizando los protocolos de intervención y prevención actuales, de manera comparativa las medidas que se han llevado a cabo para paliar el bullying y se indagará en los posibles márgenes de mejora que se podrían realizar para conseguir erradicar el acoso escolar de nuestra realidad educativa.
Además, se estudiará otro tipo de acoso: el ciberacoso o ciberbullying. Debido a la creciente incorporación de las tecnologías en la vida diaria, donde el desconocimiento del posible alcance de estas es una realidad, y donde cada vez es más temprana la edad de iniciarse en ellas, hace necesaria la tendencia de integrar las TIC’s en ámbito educativo. A parte de que se presenta como otra vía de acoso, que amenaza el clima y la convivencia escolar, y que puede ser difícil de controlar, presentándose como un problema grave para la comunidad educativa.
ABSTRACT This research tries to tackle the problem of bullying in schools. For this, in this work the current intervention and prevention protocols will be analyzed, comparatively the measures have been carried out to alleviate bullying and will investigate the possible margins of improvement that could be made to eradicate bullying of our educational reality.
In addition, another type of harassment will be studied: cyberbullying or cyberbullying. Due to the increasing incorporation of technologies in daily life, where ignorance of the possible scope of these is a reality, and where the age to start using them is increasingly younger, necessitates the trend of integrating ICTs in the educational field. Apart from the fact that it is presented as another way of bullying, that it threatens the climate and school coexistence, and that it can be difficult to control, presenting itself as a serious problem for the educational community
