Explorando la participación de los más pequeños en la escuela a través de la investigación educativa

Abstract

RESUMEN: Mediante este estudio sobre la participación infantil pretendemos reflejar a la infancia como un colectivo con intenciones e intereses propios, que tiene derecho a ser escuchada y a participar en los temas cotidianos que afectan a sus vidas. Para conseguir una participación democrática, el niño tiene que aprender a participar participando, por tanto es imprescindible que se les dote de espacios donde tengan oportunidad de participar desde las primeras edades. Este espacio ideal sería el contexto educativo porque es el entorno donde el niño aprende a relacionarse con sus iguales y a participar en sociedad A través de este trabajo nos familiarizaremos con el concepto de participación infantil y conoceremos los estudios realizados sobre la participación de los más pequeños en la investigación educativa en el centro, ya que consideramos que la etapa de Educación Infantil es donde la voz del menor está más silenciada. Asimismo, recopilaremos las técnicas participativas empleadas para conseguir dar voz al niño.

ABSTRACT: Through this study on child participation, we aim to reflect childhood as a group with their own intentions and interests, which has the right to be heard and to participate in everyday issues that affect their lives. To achieve democratic participation, the child must learn to participate by participating; therefore it is essential that they be provided with spaces where they have the opportunity to participate from an early age. This ideal space would be the educational context because it is the environment where the child learns to relate to his peers and to participate in society. Through this work we will become familiar with the concept of child participation and we will know the studies carried out on the participation of the youngest in educational research in the center, since we consider that the stage of Early Childhood Education is where the voice of the minor is most silenced. We Will also collect the participatory techniques used to give the child a voice.
