Revisión de los indicadores del abuso sexual infantil dirigido a docentes

Abstract

RESUMEN: El Abuso Sexual Infantil es una de las formas más graves de maltrato, es un problema mundial y supone consecuencias devastadoras para los niños/as que lo padecen. Dado que la infancia es una etapa esencial en el desarrollo del niño/a, la detección precoz del maltrato es fundamental y en ello juega un papel muy importante la figura del docente que se encuentra en una situación privilegiada para detectar casos de maltrato y tomar las medidas necesarias; aunque el mayor problema que se encuentran estos profesionales es la falta de formación adecuada para trabajar ante estas situaciones. Por esa razón, este trabajo tiene como objetivo principal analizar los indicadores del abuso sexual infantil que se disponen según la bibliografía especializada en el tema, de tal manera que los profesionales educativos tengan a su disposición un documento que les permita esclarecer cuales son las señales que los niños/as presentan para indicar que alguien está abusando sexualmente de ellos y además les permitirá tener la oportunidad de reaccionar con más rapidez para evitar que el daño en el niño/a sea mayor y más duradero.

ABSTRACT: Child Sexual Abuse is one of the most serious forms of mistreat, it is a global issue and it means devastating consecuences to the minors who suffered it. Being the childhood an essencial age on the development of the minor, the quick detection of the mistreat is key and the figure of the teacher plays a very important role which finds itself on a priviliged situation to detect cases and take measures; nevertheless the biggest problem these professionals have it is the lack of appropriate formation for dealing with these situations. For that reason, this essay’s main objective is to analyze the signs of child sexual abuse arranged in the specialized bibliography in this topic, so teachers have to their disposition a document that allows them to clarify the signs minors show when they are being sexually abused, as well as allows them to act as fast as possible to avoid the damage to the minor gets worst.
