Desarrollo de la competencia pragmática en la variedad del español de Bogotá (variedad andino serrana) a partir de test de hábitos sociales

Abstract

RESUMEN: Teniendo en cuenta el reciente auge de la enseñanza del español como lengua extranjera en Colombia, el presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster se plantea como objetivo trabajar el desarrollo de la competencia pragmática en la variedad del español de Bogotá a partir de los comportamientos corteses socioculturales en el contexto bogotano. Por esta razón, este trabajo establece un marco teórico que recoge los sustentos teóricos de la pragmática sociocultural, el tratamiento de la competencia pragmática y de la cortesía en la enseñanza del español como lengua extranjera, principalmente, en el marco de la variedad bogotana. Igualmente, se incluye una exploración de la situación lingüística de la variedad del español de Colombia, específicamente de Bogotá y un recorrido por los fundamentos para el diseño del test de hábitos sociales. Con miras a recoger información sobre los comportamientos y hábitos corteses de los bogotanos, respecto a tres actos comunicativos (la petición, el rechazo y el agradecimiento) se ha diseñado un test de hábitos sociales, que igualmente, indaga sobre las concepciones de los bogotanos respecto a la (des)cortesía. Este test ha sido aplicado a una muestra de hablantes pertenecientes a la comunidad sociocultural bogotana. Las conclusiones del análisis de los resultados recopilados en la aplicación del test son la base para la aplicación práctica del presente trabajo. Esta consiste en tres secuencias didácticas que tratan la petición, el rechazo y el agradecimiento, dirigidas a los niveles C1, B2 y C1 respectivamente.

ABSTRACT: Taking into account the recent boom in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language in Colombia, the main aim of this Master's Thesis (TFM, in its Spanish acronym) is to develop the pragmatic competence in the variety of Bogota’s Spanish. This objective is framed in the politeness and sociocultural behaviors in the Bogota context. To this end, the work establishes a theoretical framework that collects theoretical supports of sociocultural pragmatics, the treatment of pragmatic competence and politeness in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language, mainly within the situation of the Bogota variety. Furthermore, it includes an exploration of the linguistic situation of the variety of Spanish in Colombia, specifically in Bogotá, and a tour of the fundamentals for the design of a test of social habits. The aim of this test of social habits is to collect information about politeness behaviors and habits of the Bogota´s inhabitants. For that, the test takes three communicative acts: request, refuse and thanking. It investigates as well as the notions of Bogota citizens regarding to impoliteness. This test has been filled out by a sample of speakers, members of Bogota sociocultural community. The conclusions, based on analysis of the data, are the basis for the practical application of this work. It consists of three didactic sequences that deal with the request, the rejection and thanking, geared towards levels C1, B2 and C1 respectively.
