Las mujeres del siglo XXI. ¿Avanzando o retrocediendo hacia la igualdad?

Abstract

RESUMEN El siguiente trabajo muestra la historia y la educación de las mujeres en el pasado del país español hasta llegar a la actualidad. Por una parte, se plasma el recorrido que han seguido los términos igualdad y coeducación desde los años 30, pasando por diferentes leyes y contextos sociales hasta el presente, así como los orígenes de las desigualdades de género. Por otra parte, mediante una investigación cualitativa, se realiza un pequeño estudio teniendo en cuenta la opinión social acerca de los posibles factores que pueden influir en la actualidad sobre la desigualdad de género presente. Por último, teniendo como referencia la información dada anteriormente y el resultado del estudio realizado, se aportan una serie de soluciones y pautas a seguir que se aplicarían a la educación impartida en los centros educativos de hoy en día, para así mejor la educación en igualdad de derechos entre hombres y mujeres.

ABSTRACT The following work shows the history and education of women in the past of the Spanish country until the present. On the one hand, it shows the path followed by the terms equality and coeducation since the 1930s, passing through different laws and social contexts until the present, as well as the origins of gender inequalities. On the other hand, through a qualitative research, a small study is carried out taking into account the social opinion about the possible factors that can influence the present gender inequality. Finally, taking as a reference the information given above and the result of the study carried out, a series of solutions and guidelines to follow are provided which would be applied to the education provided in today's educational centres, in order to improve education on equal rights between men and women.
