Más allá de la escuela: la complejidad del entorno como tercer educador

Abstract

RESUMEN: Presentamos en este Trabajo de Fin de Máster (TFM) un análisis teórico en el que se ha llevado a cabo la investigación y profundización sobre las características del sistema educativo noruego, contemplando su organización y estructura, aspectos relacionados con el currículo, la legislación, roles del profesorado, formación y carrera profesional, historia y surgimiento de las Escuelas Infantiles en Noruega, formas de atención a la primera infancia y conciliación y la noción de Friluftsliv o de pedagogía del entorno. Esta parte teórica sienta las bases de la posterior parte empírica, en la que se desarrolla un estudio de casos múltiples que abarca los testimonios, recogidos mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas, de tres personas que trabajan o han trabajado en escuelas infantiles en Noruega, cada uno de ellos con roles institucionales distintos. Los datos obtenidos nos ofrecen información sobre sus respectivas escuelas, sus planteamientos pedagógicos y su comprensión y aplicación de Friluftsliv. Con todo ello, hemos buscado dar respuesta a cuatro objetivos: tener un conocimiento del sistema educativo noruego; conocer de forma específica aspectos clave de la Educación Infantil en noruega, descubrir qué se hace en el contexto de la Educación Infantil en relación a la pedagogía del entorno aplicando la noción de Friluftsliv y, por último, extraer unas reflexiones que nos permitan mejorar y conocer más en profundidad la realidad estudiada.

ABSTRACT: In this Final Master's Project (TFM) it is presented a theoretical analysis in which it is carried out a research of the characteristics of the Norwegian educational system, considering its organization and structure, aspects related to the curriculum, legislation, roles of the teachers, training and professional career, history and emergence of nursery schools in Norway, forms of early childhood care and conciliation and the notion of Friluftsliv or pedagogy of the environment. This theoretical part lays the foundations for the subsequent empirical part, in which a multiple-case study is developed, encompassing the testimonies, collected through semi-structured interviews, of three people who work or have worked in kindergartens in Norway, each of them holding different institutional roles. The data obtained provides us with information about their respective schools, their pedagogical approaches and their understanding and application of Friluftsliv. With all this, we have sought to respond to four objectives: to have a knowledge of the Norwegian educational system; to know specifically key aspects of Early Childhood Education in Norway, to discover what is done in the context of Early Childhood Education in relation to the pedagogy of the environment applying the notion of Friluftsliv and to extract some reflections that allow us to improve and learn more about the reality studied.
