Relación de los valores de FeNO con diferentes factores en la enfermedad de las vías respiratorias

Abstract

RESUMEN : Se realizó un estudio observacional retrospectivo, a través de la revisión de historias clínicas de pacientes en seguimiento en el Servicio de Alergología del Hospital Universitario Marqués de Valdecilla, en su mayoría asmáticos, que acudieron a consulta entre los meses Enero y Marzo de 2020, y a los cuales se les realizó una medición de FeNO. Analizamos de manera descriptiva la relación que guardan sus valores con diferentes factores en la enfermedad de las vías respiratorias, como la gravedad de enfermedad asmática que presentaban, la dosis de glucocorticoide inhalado pautado que tenía o la presencia de comorbilidades.

ABSTRACT : A retrospective observational study was carried out by reviewing the clinical records of patients being followed up in the Allergology Service of the Marqués de Valdecilla University Hospital, most of whom were asthmatic and who attended the consultation between January and March 2020, and who had their FeNO measured. We analyzed in a descriptive way the relationship between their values and different factors in the respiratory tract disease, such as the severity of the asthmatic disease they presented, the dose of the scheduled inhaled glucocorticoid or the presence of comorbidities.
