RESUMEN: El objeto del presente estudio es la realización de una auditoría energética en el Centro de Salud Las Arenas perteneciente a la OSI Uribe (Organización Sanitaria Integrada en Osakidetza). Una auditoría energética consiste en un procedimiento sistemático de análisis cuyo fin es obtener un desglose detallado del perfil de consumo de una instalación que permita determinar y cuantificar las posibilidades de ahorro de energía, la viabilidad económica de las diferentes alternativas y la elaboración de un informe final que facilite la adopción de decisiones de inversión. Concretamente lo que se pretende y persigue en este estudio energético consiste en: - Analizar las condiciones reales de funcionamiento de la instalación y sus principales equipos consumidores. - Identificar y cuantificar el potencial de ahorro de energía en las instalaciones y equipamientos energéticos. - Identificar y evaluar las alternativas de mejora viables técnica y económicamente.
ABSTRACT: The objective of this document is to perform an energy audit for the health centre Las Arenas, which belongs to OSI Uribe (Organización Sanitaria Integrada en Osakidetza). An energy audit consists of a systematic analysis procedure, which wants to generate a detailed inventory of an instalation’s consumption that allows to evaluate energy saving measures, economic viability of the different alternatives, and the elaboration of a report that helps in the investment decisions. Specifically, the main objective of this report is: - Analyze the real operation conditions of the entire instalation, and their main consumer systems. - Identify and quantify the potential energy savings in the instalations and energy equipments. - Identify and evaluate all the improvement measures, technically and economically.
